EthicsPoint is a comprehensive confidential reporting tool created by a third party, NAVEX Global. It helps Embotelladora Andina S.A. (the “Company” or “ANDINA”) address fraud and other illegal practices or activities that may occur within the organization while promoting a positive work environment. Andina has made this tool available to its employees and any third party connected to the Company who deems it necessary to report any inappropriate practice or situation related to accounting matters, accounting controls, or auditing issues, as well as legal violations related to corporate and/or economic crimes, anti-corruption regulations, or serious ethical breaches (“Reportable Matters”).
