Materiality Process
This process allows the company to identify key Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) impacts, highlight priority aspects, and understand stakeholder expectations.
To define material topics, the company considered the interests and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders, sustainability issues relevant to the sector and industry, key executive priorities, and the economic, environmental, and social impacts derived from prior analyses, along with the organization’s core values, policies, strategies, objectives, and purposes. The material topics were reviewed by the Board of Directors and the Culture and Sustainability Committee.
